Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 days for metro cities / 5–7 days for other locations
- A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹10000
- Flat ₹100 shipping on orders below ₹10000
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. Address changes can only be accommodated within 1–2 hours of placing the order
- Once dispatched, no modifications can be made to the order
- All orders are securely packed. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your Order ID
